"you win some, you lose some...yea! But what's your record though?"
Thanks for the continued support. It is much appreciated. There are so many people that hit me up on a daily basis and ask me about my site and when am I going to post my next blog, or just when I'm going to have something new on here. These are people that check on me and this site regularly and just show love and support in general. For that I'm very thankful and appreciative.
I got back from New Zealand about a six weeks ago. That's where I ended up after leaving Japan at the end of February. All in all it was a great experience. The team was great and the coaching staff was amazing. They really coached me up and had a system that really allowed me to flourish and show off my skill set. Personally, I did well but the team struggled at time because of how young we were. I think that struggle is going to make the team better in long run. Even through said struggle, I could not have had better teammates. Everyone was great and hardworking.
The city itself (New Plymouth) was amazing. The country as a whole was beautiful. They embraced me with open arms and made me feel at home from day one. I think that definitely contributed to me being able to do as well as I did. I am definitely looking forward to the opportunity to go back and play in New Zealand again.
With my outstanding play, I was fortunate enough to come home with a few awards as well. They are as follows...
Bartercard NBL Commissioners Cup - Most Outstanding Forward - 2014
Bartercard NBL All-Star Five - 2014
Australiabasket.com All-New Zealand NBL Player of the Year - 2014

As with every stop in my career, I make a highlight video showcasing my skills and what I was able to do in that league. So watch, enjoy, critique, and most of all share.
Thank you very much
